Beside the station on your right as you exit the station.

Cost: 1 day 500 yen, 2 days 1000 yen
Time: 9:00-18:00

Inside the JR Kii-Tanabe Station

Cost: 1 day 100 yen
Time: 10:00-17:00

These bicycles are owned by the Station and are for the use of JR passengers. Therefore only those with a valid JR train ticket can rent them. Inquire at JR Kii-Tanabe Station for details. Train tickets must be for destinations to Gobo or further north, or to Shirahama or further south. JR Rail Pass holders are eligible to rent.

Kumano Hongu Rent-a-Bicycle

This service is great for those who want to explore the Hongu area by bike. It is a very convenient service as you can rent the bicycle from the Kumano Hongu Heritage Center and then drop it off at other locations, including the surrounding hot spring sites:Kawayu Onsen,Yunomine Onsen andWataze Onsen.
