Updated Set Booking Times

In an effort to meet the demand for bookings and keep to our sustainable management goals, we will be changing our reservation request hours as follows.

Current Booking Hours (until February 27, 2026)

Daily 9:00 to 15:00 (Japan Standard Time)
Until 15:00 on Friday, February 27, 2026 (Japan Standard Time)

New Booking Hours

Daily 7:00 to 9:30 and 19:00 to 22:00 (Japan Standard Time)
From Saturday, February 28, 2026, (Japan Standard Time)

New reservation requests can only be made during these times.

Booking Hours on Friday, February 27, 2026

As this is the transition date, reservation requests will be accepted during the following two periods only:

● 9:00 to 15:00 (current booking hours)
● 19:00 to 22:00 (new booking hours begin)

※ Please note that reservation requests will not be accepted between 15:00 and 19:00 on this day.

Current Users

For current users who have submitted a reservation request, access to your MyPage, including MyChat, changes, and cancellations, is available anytime with no closure period.

NOTE: We are not able to receive any last-minute reservation requests by e-mail or phone calls.
